Orders usually ship in 1-4 business days. During special times such as holiday seasons, please allow extra delays associated with U.S. Mail issues. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, we will make all attempts to have your order to you in a very timely fashion.

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe expected. Also, if there is an additional weight charge, that product will indicate that possibility.

Returns
All returns must be received back at our company within 30 days from date of purchase. These items must be returned in new condition without any damage or marks of any kind, in unused condition and in all the original materials included with shipment. Please be aware, though, that fragile items may break upon shipment and that would be an issue with the ground carrier. In the event, though, that you are unhappy with any product of our company, we welcome your return as we want all our customers to be happy.

After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs.
